Returns & Exchanges
Do you allow returns or exchanges?
Yes. Returns from our online shop are eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days of order delivery.
Please notify us by e-mail first if you wish to make a return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges.
Please add a note with your:
– name and e-mail
– the ‘order number’
– and your exchange request, or reason for the return.
When will I receive credit for my refund?
If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment, less any shipping charges. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Depending on the processing speed of your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days or longer for the credit to post to your account statement.
We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to our office.
